Protocol to prevent COVID-19
1.- The protection equipment is a fundamental part to take care of our collaborators and guests, The One provides all its collaborators, the necessary protection equipment, for a safe service, for guests and collaborators.
- Available at all times, for collaborators and/or guests, antibacterial gel based on 70% alcohol.
- Cover disposable mouth for collaborators and/or guests.
- Face protection mask (collaborators only).
- Latex gloves.
- UV Disinfection
- In all units a cleaning and disinfection process is carried out, before and after each service, the disinfection process consists of spraying the entire unit with an evaporable disinfectant, reinforcing the process with UV light, in order to identify areas or contagious surfaces, eliminating bacteria or viruses that may endanger health.
- In the presence of guests, a luggage disinfection process is carried out, before loading it into the unit, we use evaporable disinfectant liquid for this process.
- Drivers clean direct contact objects such as door handles, steering wheel, shift lever, dash, controls and unit panels with wipes and disinfectant liquids in each disinfection process.
- All units have antibacterial gel, available all the time during transport.

Disinfecting wipes to clean and disinfect work areas. In a controlled manner, at scheduled times, backed up by a blog - Delimited areas to respect the healthy distance (5 ft), recommended to prevent contagion.

- Divisions have been installed within the units, separating the driver's cabin from the passenger cabin, to safeguard the safety and integrity of our collaborators and guests
3.- Control measures to work safely.
- Our airport representatives make use of mouth covers, face shields, latex gloves and have antibacterial gel, available to offer to our guests.
- Before to providing the service, our airport representatives verify and record the unit's disinfection process.
- Security measures at the hotel reception
- Our collaborators have mouth covers and disinfecting wipes to keep the counter clean and direct contact work equipment, the antibacterial gel is available all the time for guests and/or collaborators.

Protecting yourself and others from the spread COVID-19
- Daily health check-ups, to our collaborators and guests
- Records of body temperature to our collaborators, before their workday.
- Records of body temperature to our guests, before providing transportation service.
- Check list of essential personal protection equipment to work safely.
- Record of constant disinfection schedules, areas in office and counter.
- The work areas are disinfected before, during and after each shift. We use wipes and evaporable disinfec- tant liquid, recording in a blog, the hour and the name of the collaborator on duty.
Protecting yourself and others from the spread COVID-19
- You can reduce your chances of being infected or spreading COVID-19 by taking some simple precautions:
- Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.
- Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and others. Avoid going to crowded places.
- Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
- Make sure you, and the people around you, follow good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately and wash your hands.
- Stay home and self-isolate even with minor symptoms such as cough, headache, mild fever, until you recover. Have someone bring you supplies. If you need to leave your house, wear a mask to avoid infecting others.
- If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention, but call by telephone in advance if possible and follow the directions of your local health authority.
- Keep up to date on the latest information from trusted sources, such as WHO or your local and national health authorities.
